Welcome to a new cycle of ETERNEL Daily Concentrations.

In this series, we continue practicing the daily concentration for each day of the month according to the Teachings of Grigori Grabovoi. Alongside the original daily methods, we explore them through the perspective of the Grouped Days Method, discovering how individual concentrations form one integrated process of consciousness development.

Rather than viewing each day as an isolated practice, we learn to recognize the relationships that connect them into a unified educational journey.

Throughout the month we gradually develop our ability to:

• perceive relationships between different informational structures,
• deepen optical and spiritual perception,
• integrate logic, Spirit and Soul,
• recognize harmony within events,
• and develop consciousness as a unified system of creation.

Each concentration remains practical, accessible and focused on harmonious development, while each group of days reveals a deeper level of understanding.

The daily methods are based on "Methods of Concentration" (2001) by Grigori Grabovoi, and the additional educational perspective follows "Methods of Concentration on the Grouped Days of the Month" (2001).
