A New Cycle of ETERNEL Daily Concentrations
September 2026
Welcome to a new cycle of Daily Concentrations based on the Methods of Concentration by Grigori Grabovoi!
There are questions that cannot be answered only through knowledge.
They need to be lived and discovered.
Throughout September, our ETERNEL Daily Concentrations are dedicated to two such questions:
Who am I?
What am I capable of?
This new cycle invites us to look at ourselves and our lives from a different perspective, not by analysing who we think we are, but by recognizing what has already been revealed through our actions, choices, experiences and creations.
Our Life Already Contains Many Answers
We often look at our biography as a sequence of events: things that happened to us, decisions we made, challenges we faced, people we met, successes, difficulties and unexpected changes.
But what if we look again?
Behind every event, there was also someone acting.
Someone found a solution.
Someone continued when circumstances were difficult.
Someone created something where previously there was nothing.
Someone loved, protected, organized, learned, adapted, rebuilt, supported, decided, transformed or began again.
That someone was YOU.
The purpose of this cycle is therefore not to return to the past simply to remember it.
We look at our biography in order to recognize:
What did I already create?
How did I respond?
What qualities did I express?
What competences have I already demonstrated?
What does this reveal about who I am?
And finally:
If this capacity already exists within me, what else am I capable of creating?
From Daily Concentration to Self-Discovery
Each day begins with the daily concentration method of Grigori Grabovoi.
The concentration remains the foundation of our practice.
Afterward, we add a simple practical exploration connected with the theme of that day's concentration.
A situation from our biography may come to awareness.
It does not need to be dramatic or extraordinary.
It may be something very simple.
Perhaps you remained peaceful when others were worried.
Perhaps you found an unexpected solution.
Perhaps you supported someone who needed you.
Perhaps you created stability during a period of uncertainty.
Perhaps you began again after losing something important.
Perhaps you made a decision that changed the direction of your life.
Perhaps you created something valuable with very few resources.
We observe the situation and ask:
What happened?
What did I do?
What was the result?
What challenge did I meet or overcome?
And gradually another question appears:
What within me made this possible?
Perhaps resilience.
Perhaps courage.
Creativity.
Patience.
Responsibility.
Love.
Practical intelligence.
Trust.
Peace.
Or perhaps something uniquely yours for which you do not yet have a name.
From Recognition to Competence
This is where the September cycle connects naturally with ETERNEL Program 2 – Developing the Competence of Conscious Creation in Everyday Life.
The process moves through several stages:
First, we recognize what we have already demonstrated.
Then we begin to understand it as a quality, talent or competence that belongs to our existing potential.
And finally, we learn to use it consciously.
A capacity that once appeared spontaneously in response to circumstances can become a conscious resource for creating our present and future.
Our biography therefore becomes more than a record of where we have been.
It becomes a source of knowledge about what we are capable of.
Your 31-Day Discovery
Throughout the month, participants are invited to create a simple personal record.
For every day:
STORY - What happened?
TITLE - What is the essence of this experience?
RESULT - What came from it?
CHALLENGE - What did I have to meet or overcome?
There is no need to immediately define your talents or decide who you are.
We allow the discoveries to accumulate.
One day reveals one experience.
Another day reveals another.
Gradually, patterns may begin to appear.
The same quality may have expressed itself when you were a child, decades later in your professional life, in your relationships, and again during a completely different challenge.
And suddenly something that seemed ordinary may reveal itself as one of your most stable capacities.
In this way, we do not impose an answer to “Who am I?”
We allow our own life to reveal it.
Recognizing Our Own Light
Marianne Williamson famously wrote about a paradox within human potential: sometimes what frightens us most is not our limitation, but the possibility that we may be far more capable, luminous and powerful than we have allowed ourselves to recognize.
Her message invites us to reconsider the question “Who am I to be talented, brilliant or extraordinary?” and turn it around:
Who am I not to recognize the light and potential that have been given to me?
When we diminish ourselves, we do not necessarily serve others.
When we recognize our gifts and allow them to be expressed constructively, our development can also encourage others to recognize their own possibilities.
This is not about considering ourselves greater than someone else.
It is about no longer making ourselves smaller than what we truly are capable of becoming and creating.
The September cycle approaches this realization practically.
We do not need to convince ourselves that we possess extraordinary potential.
We look at our own life.
We observe.
We recognize.
And we discover the evidence that is already there.
From the Past Toward the Future
Every discovery ultimately leads us forward.
If I have already demonstrated courage, I can consciously bring courage into a new situation.
If I have already created stability during uncertainty, that capacity can become a point of support today.
If I have already found solutions where none seemed visible, I can recognize myself as someone capable of creating solutions.
If I have already transformed difficult circumstances into development, I can consciously direct this competence toward my future.
We do not remain within our biography.
We use what we discover there to create.
Who Am I?
What Am I Capable Of?
These questions might not have one final answer.
And perhaps they should not.
Every day can reveal another dimension.
Another quality.
Another competence.
Another possibility.
During these 31 days, we simply become more attentive to what has already been expressed through us and to what can now be consciously developed.
One day.
One concentration.
One experience.
One discovery.
And step by step, our own life begins to answer:
