Methods of Concentration, Grigori P. Grabovoi
"I would recommend finding some time for the exercises, which are cited below. For each day of the month, I recommend three exercises corresponding to this day. These exercises contain control of events. For this purpose, different concentrations should be applied. During the concentration, keep remembering the exact aim you would like to achieve. The aim might be the realization of a desirable event, for example, recovery from a disease, development of a mechanism of cognition of the World, and so on. The main thing here is to conduct always regulation of information for the universal salvation and harmonious development. Such regulation can be a struggle against destruction at informational level because you fulfill the work of rescuers. Practically, at the level of your perception, a concentration can be carried out in the following way:
- In your mind, you should determine the aim of the concentration, which looks like some geometric shape, a sphere, for example. This is the sphere of the aim of concentration
- Spiritually you should tune yourself to build the necessary for you events so as the Creator does it.
- During concentrations at various objects, at concrete figures, or at cognition of reality, control the location of the sphere. By conation move the sphere to the area of your perception, which gives more light at the moment of concentrations.
I presented one of the variants of the technology of concentrations. In practice, you can find a lot of others. The ways of control of events based on understanding of the World processes through concentrations are very effective.
In the first exercise for each day of the month, you fulfill a concentration on some element of the external or internal reality.
In the second, you should concentrate on a sequence of numbers of seven and nine figures.
The third exercise gives technologies of control of events in a verbal form.
For more successful fulfillment of the last two exercises, I recommend to know paragraph 7 of Chapter 4.
I would like to draw you attention to the following important moment. You should understand that the effectiveness of concentration carried out by you is determined, to a considerable degree, by your approach to it. Try to be open to this creative process. Listen to your internal voice prompting you how to fulfill these concentrations in practice.
You may, as I mentioned before, write a sequence of numbers on a sheet of paper and concentrate on it. And you may act another way.
When you concentrate on a sequence of nine figures, you may imagine that you are in the center of a sphere and the figures are located on its internal surface. Information about the aim of the concentration can be inside of this sphere in a form of a ball. You should tune into revealing that number that gives more light.
Having received the first idea that some number from the sequence, which is on the internal surface of the big sphere shines brighter than others do, you should fix this number. Then mentally join the internal sphere, which contains the aim of the concentration, and the element of perception in the form of the number.
When you concentrate on the sequence of seven figures, you may imagine that the figures are located on the surface of a cube, on one of its sides.
Doing this, in accordance with your feelings, you may move these figures changing their location in order to achieve maximum effect.
You may act quite a different way. In your mind, you may connect each number with some element of external or internal environment. These elements are not necessarily to be homogeneous. One number, for example, you may connect with some tree, another with some feeling. You decide yourself. In this approach, you symbolically equate the numbers with the elements of reality chosen by you. As ever these elements of reality may be not only physical, but mental as well. It means you may visualize them in your consciousness.
These techniques give you additional capabilities of control. You may change the structure of the concentration, your mood to fulfill it; you may vary symbolic equalization of the numbers to the elements of reality. As a result, you will be able to increase the effectiveness of your concentration. You will be able to control better the time of execution of what you resolved. This is very important in practical life.
Your concentration should give an instantaneous result when an instantaneous rescue is required. The factor of time may be not so significant if the aim is to provide harmonious development. The decisive factor in this case is provision of your just harmonious development with consideration of all circumstances. You will get exactly this by means of your concentrations.
So, everything should be individual in these exercises. Everyone should choose independently the system of his development. You should bear in mind the following.
It is not possible to make a choice of the system of your own development just by means of logic. You are sure to set your goals, you aim to achieve them, and, however, your soul already has the tasks, which had been put in earlier. Therefore, when you carry out concentrations, the tasks, which had been put in before, can be realized at first. These are the tasks, which were the tasks of the soul, which were not only the tasks of your development but of the development of the entire society as well. When you fulfill these tasks you feel that these are exactly the things you should have done first of all, you feel this at a very profound internal level, at the level of development of the soul, at the level of the Creator.
That is why when we speak about concentrations we, first of all, speak about the universal harmony. At the same time, you should understand that harmony always implies an element of salvation as a necessary element if the situation requires such interference. However, the main task of harmony is provision of such development of events, which eliminates occurrence of any threats at all. It is clear that harmonious development should become eternal.
Concentrations for each day of the month created and approved by me will lead you to this. Fulfilling them, you will get that harmony which will make your way joyful and uninterrupted, and you will be able to save yourself and others and live eternally.
Having these concentrations, you can undertake active controlling actions instead of being in a passive state in any situations. Awareness of the fact, that due to the usage of these concentrations in your affairs you really implement the process of universal salvation and eternal harmonious development, opens the freedom that is given to you by the Creator. This organizes universal creative development together with your true happiness.
These concentrations are given for 31 days. If you carry out these exercises, for example, in February, which includes 28 days, after the 28th day you should go to the first day of March. It means that the day of the month from the list of exercises should always coincide with that day of the month, which the calendar shows at the moment. You can fulfill these concentrations at any time of the day. You may determine yourself the number of concentrations per day and their duration. I would recommend carrying out concentrations systematically and before important affairs.
If you find the first exercise of some day rather complicated you may miss it and do other two. You will get the result anyway. Gradually more and more exercises number one will become clearer and easier for you. So do what you understand and what you like.
Now let us turn to the exercises."
Grigori P. Grabovoi
Day 1
On the first day of the month, you should fulfill concentration on the right foot. This concentration connects you with the supporting point in the external world. You lean with your feet on the Earth mentally. The Earth in your consciousness is a bearing support.....
Day 1 – Practical Application
The concentration on the right foot is especially beneficial for situations where a person needs stability, grounding, and reliable support in life.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
-
strengthen your sense of inner stability and safety,
-
feel more grounded and present in daily activities,
-
restore balance during periods of uncertainty, stress, or change,
-
support the harmonious realization of goals related to work, home, finances, or physical well-being,
-
reconnect with a stable foundation before making important decisions.
Because the right foot represents a point of support and creation, this concentration is particularly useful when:
-
starting something new,
-
rebuilding after disruption or loss,
-
or when you feel scattered, unsupported, or disconnected from the external world.
Practicing this concentration regularly helps consciousness align with a stable, creative support system, allowing desired events to manifest naturally and harmoniously, without force.
Day 2
1.
On this day, you should carry out concentration on the little finger of the right hand. The same way as in the previous case, when you focus on the little finger of the right hand you should simultaneously keep in your consciousness that event realization of which you want to achieve.....
Day 2 – Practical Application
The concentration on the little finger of the right hand is especially beneficial for harmonizing control, improving focus, and refining intuitive perception.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
-
bring order and harmony to situations where many factors compete for your attention,
-
improve your ability to focus on one essential element without distraction,
-
develop inner listening and intuition,
-
make decisions by trusting your internal sense rather than external pressure,
-
support the realization of goals that require precision, clarity, and calm attention.
Because this concentration trains consciousness to work through one selected perceiving element, it is particularly useful when:
-
you feel overwhelmed by too many options or stimuli,
-
you need to simplify a complex situation,
-
you want to act with greater inner coherence and harmony,
-
or when fine, delicate adjustments are needed rather than forceful action.
By repeatedly returning attention to a single point—the little finger—consciousness learns to coordinate perception harmoniously, allowing desired events to unfold smoothly and naturally.
Day 3
On the third day of the month, you should carry out concentration on plants. It may be a physical plant, that one, which really exists in the external reality. Then during the concentration, you may just look at it. Alternatively, you can mentally imagine a plant. Then you should concentrate on its image......
Day 3 – Practical Application
The concentration on plants is especially beneficial for harmonious growth, gentle transformation, and balanced development of events.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
-
support natural, steady growth of a situation without pressure,
-
harmonize goals related to health, relationships, creativity, or long-term projects,
-
restore balance where events need time, patience, and care,
-
work with situations that require alignment rather than force,
-
stabilize emotional states and return to a sense of inner harmony.
Because plants exist in natural harmony with the world, this concentration is particularly useful when:
-
you want events to unfold smoothly and organically,
-
you are nurturing something new and wish to protect its development,
-
you feel rushed or impatient and need to restore a natural rhythm,
-
or when external conditions require gentle adaptation.
By building the desired event in the light reflected by the plant, consciousness aligns with the principles of life, growth, and harmony, allowing the event to manifest in a balanced and constructive way.
Day 4
On this day, you should concentrate on crystals or stones.....
Day 4 – Practical Application
The concentration on a crystal, stone, or grain of sand is especially beneficial for structuring reality at the informational level and bringing clarity to complex situations.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
-
consciously structure events before they fully manifest,
-
work with situations that require precision, order, and clarity,
-
harmonize processes that feel fragmented, chaotic, or undefined,
-
organize long-term goals by placing them into a clear informational framework,
-
strengthen the ability to manage events calmly and consciously, step by step.
Because the stone or crystal represents stability and structure, this concentration is particularly useful when:
-
you are dealing with complex systems or multiple interconnected events,
-
you need to bring order into professional, organizational, or collective matters,
-
you want to align present actions with future outcomes in a coherent way,
-
or when it is important to see reality as a continuous, uninterrupted process.
By imagining the sphere of information around the chosen object and placing desired events into it, consciousness learns to work directly with the informational foundation of reality. This supports harmonious control, continuity of events, and the creation of a stable, shared, and ideal reality for oneself and for others.
DAY 5
On the fifth day of the month, you should concentrate on the elements of the reality, which appear, as a result of your interaction with the other elements of the reality.....
Day 5 – Practical Application
The concentration on secondary elements of reality is especially beneficial for working with indirect influence, interconnected processes, and subtle event dynamics.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
-
influence situations where direct action is not possible or not appropriate,
-
work with chains of events rather than isolated outcomes,
-
harmonize relationships, communication, and social or collective processes,
-
understand how your inner state affects the surrounding world,
-
support the realization of goals through natural consequences and interactions.
Because this concentration focuses on what an element transfers to the external medium after interacting with you, it is particularly useful when:
-
results depend on other people, systems, or environments,
-
you need to work with cause-and-effect relationships,
-
a situation unfolds through several stages rather than one clear action,
-
you wish to act responsibly and harmoniously, without pressure or force.
By identifying and concentrating on the secondary element—the effect or reflection created by interaction—consciousness learns to work with reality as an interconnected, living system. This allows desired events to manifest through cooperation, continuity, and harmony, rather than through direct control alone.
DAY 6
On this day, you should fulfill concentration the essence of which may be worded as follows: the change of the structure of consciousness concentration density due to perception of remote objects.....
Day 6 – Practical Application
The concentration on remote objects and the density of consciousness is especially beneficial for directing where events occur — or preventing them from occurring in specific places.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
-
support the realization of a desired event in a specific location (home, workplace, city, country),
-
consciously guide outcomes related to spaces, environments, or territories,
-
prevent or neutralize unfavorable situations in a particular place,
-
protect yourself or others by defocusing negative informational influence,
-
strengthen the ability to work with reality beyond physical proximity.
Because this concentration works with remote elements of consciousness, it is particularly useful when:
-
you cannot physically be present in the place where change is needed,
-
situations involve distant people, locations, or systems,
-
events need to be guided precisely where they should happen,
-
it is necessary to dissolve destructive information without confrontation.
By concentrating consciousness in a chosen place, the informational density there increases, supporting the full realization of a desired event.
By defocusing consciousness, negative information becomes rarified, losing its ability to manifest and effectively stopping an unfavorable situation before it unfolds.
This method trains consciousness to work flexibly and responsibly with space, distance, and perception, reinforcing the understanding that reality is unified and accessible through awareness.
DAY 7
On the seventh day of the month, you should concentrate on the super far areas of consciousness. In practice we deal with them when we look at remote clouds or far objects, let us say, at trees, or their leaves......
Day 7 – Practical Application
The concentration on super-far areas of consciousness is especially beneficial for accelerating the realization of events while preserving harmony and safety.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
-
speed up the realization of a desired event without pressure or force,
-
work with goals that require processing a large volume of information,
-
harmonize situations where rapid change is needed,
-
align personal intentions with universal goodness and collective harmony,
-
strengthen trust in the lawful and benevolent development of reality.
Because super-far areas of consciousness provide very fast informational processing, this concentration is particularly useful when:
-
events feel delayed or stagnated,
-
a situation involves many interconnected elements,
-
you want results to come quickly yet harmoniously,
-
it is important that the realization causes no harm to anyone.
By building the desired event on a cloud, distant tree, or leaf, consciousness works through elements that are naturally non-destructive. This ensures that acceleration occurs in a safe, balanced, and harmonious way, guided by universal goodness rather than personal force.
This method helps consciousness learn to act in cooperation with higher order, where personal actions align with the good of all, allowing events to unfold swiftly and constructively.
DAY 8
On this day, you learn to control by concentrating on the consequences of the events....
Day 8 – Practical Application
The concentration on the consequences of events is especially beneficial for transforming situations indirectly and restoring harmony across time.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
-
influence events without acting on their cause directly,
-
harmonize situations where the origin is complex, hidden, or already in the past,
-
gently correct past experiences that continue to affect the present,
-
work with outcomes that feel “already formed” but still need adjustment,
-
restore inner peace by rebalancing the effects of earlier events.
Because every phenomenon has consequences, this concentration is particularly useful when:
-
it is not possible or necessary to identify the original cause,
-
you want to work safely and harmoniously with sensitive situations,
-
emotional or life patterns seem to repeat themselves,
-
past events still influence current decisions or feelings.
By focusing on a consequence (such as waves after a boat, raindrops after a cloud, or a leaf as the result of a tree), consciousness learns to access the entire chain of events. Through this access, it becomes possible to restore harmony not only in the present, but also in relation to the past, allowing new, balanced outcomes to unfold.
This method supports a perception of reality as continuous and interconnected, where correction and creation remain possible at every stage.
DAY 9
On the ninth day of the month, you do concentration, which can be called as concentration on super-far areas of consciousness in the most approached points of your consciousness.
Day 9 – Practical Application
The concentration on uniting super-far and near areas of consciousness is especially beneficial for achieving deep coherence, effortless control, and stable inner harmony.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
-
move from active control to natural, effortless influence,
-
stabilize life events through your inner state rather than constant intention,
-
experience greater clarity, calm, and spiritual alignment,
-
harmonize many areas of life simultaneously without focusing on each separately,
-
cultivate a state in which good, balance, and order arise naturally.
Because this concentration unites the most distant and the closest areas of consciousness, it is particularly useful when:
-
you feel that thinking and effort are no longer effective,
-
situations require a global, holistic resolution,
-
you want life to unfold harmoniously without constant mental involvement,
-
it is important to act from inner maturity rather than control techniques.
By bringing remote and near perception into one unified impulse, consciousness enters a special spiritual state — a mood of harmony, goodness, and creation. In this state, events develop favorably not because they are forced, but because consciousness itself becomes lawful, whole, and aligned.
This method supports the transition from doing control to being control, where harmony arises as a natural expression of unified perception.
DAY 10
On this day, you practice concentration the essence of which can be expressed as follows: you concentrate simultaneously on all covered by you objects of external reality at a time of only one impulse of perception of all these objects....
Day 10 – Practical Application
The concentration on simultaneous perception of many objects in a single impulse is especially beneficial for working with complexity, large systems, and integrated decision-making.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
-
handle many tasks, responsibilities, or situations at once without feeling overwhelmed,
-
gain an overview of complex environments (work, projects, organizations, systems),
-
access information quickly and intuitively, without step-by-step analysis,
-
improve your ability to coordinate multiple processes simultaneously,
-
develop calm, stable awareness in situations requiring broad perception.
Because this concentration trains consciousness to perceive many objects at once, it is particularly useful when:
-
life feels fragmented into too many separate concerns,
-
you need to make decisions that affect multiple areas at the same time,
-
you want to act with clarity and efficiency rather than mental overload,
-
you are working with technologies, information systems, or collective processes.
By tuning consciousness to a single impulse of perception, you begin to receive information about many objects simultaneously and coherently. Over time, this develops the ability to access and manage large volumes of information naturally, allowing actions to become more effective, harmonious, and expansive.
This method supports the transition from sequential thinking to integrated perception, where understanding, action, and creation unfold together.
DAY 11
On the eleventh day of the month, you concentrate on phenomena that reveal interaction of animals with man.....
Day 11 – Practical Application
The concentration on interaction between humans and animals is especially beneficial for developing empathy, expanded perception, and harmonious interaction with living systems.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
-
deepen your ability to understand perspectives beyond your own,
-
harmonize relationships not only with people, but with nature and living beings,
-
cultivate ethical responsibility in your actions and intentions,
-
work with situations that require sensitivity, care, and mutual understanding,
-
expand consciousness beyond a purely human-centered viewpoint.
Because this concentration invites awareness of how other living beings perceive and interact with you, it is particularly useful when:
-
you want to strengthen intuition and subtle perception,
-
communication feels limited by words or logic,
-
you are working with environments, ecosystems, or collective life systems,
-
it is important to act in a way that is beneficial for all forms of life.
By reflecting on the mutual perception between humans and animals, consciousness learns to enter the structure of shared reality, where control is no longer isolated but inclusive. This broadening of awareness supports harmonious development, mutual respect, and actions aligned with the well-being of the whole.
DAY 12
On this day, you concentrate on phenomena that can raise a question on creation of the whole.....
Day 12 – Practical Application
The concentration on restoring separate elements to an organic whole is especially beneficial for normalization, restoration, and re-establishing integrity at all levels of life.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
-
restore wholeness where fragmentation or loss has occurred,
-
normalize situations that feel incomplete, broken, or disrupted,
-
support processes of regeneration, recovery, and reintegration,
-
harmonize personal, relational, or life structures back to their original norm,
-
work consciously with the principle that everything can be restored.
Because this concentration focuses on returning elements to their original, correct place, it is particularly useful when:
-
something essential feels missing or disconnected,
-
life situations have been altered by sudden or external intervention,
-
you are working with long-term consequences of past disruptions,
-
you wish to restore balance without struggle or force.
By contemplating how a feather returns to a bird or a leaf to its tree, consciousness learns to perceive reality as an organic, living whole. In this state, control is exercised through restoration rather than correction, and normalization unfolds naturally according to the original harmonious structure of life.
This method strengthens the understanding that wholeness is the natural state of reality, and that restoration is always possible through conscious alignment with this principle.
DAY 13
On the thirteenth day of the month, you should concentrate on discrete, separate elements of some object of reality.....
Day 13 – Practical Application
The concentration on discrete elements of an object and their connections is especially beneficial for understanding structure, restoring functionality, and strengthening advanced control skills.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
-
understand how complex systems function internally,
-
improve the ability to analyze and harmonize non-human structures (technology, processes, environments),
-
restore or improve functionality by recognizing correct connections between parts,
-
develop control through structural awareness rather than force,
-
refine perception needed for advanced skills such as diagnostics or clairvoyant insight.
Because this concentration works with non-human objects only, it is particularly useful when:
-
dealing with technical, organizational, or material systems,
-
something functions incorrectly and needs structural re-alignment,
-
you wish to deepen understanding of how parts cooperate to form a whole,
-
developing responsibility and precision in control practices.
By isolating parts of an object and consciously identifying the connections between them, consciousness learns to work with informational architecture. When the desired event is held simultaneously, control becomes more precise, structured, and effective — while respecting the fundamental law that a human being must always be perceived as an indivisible whole.
This method strengthens the ability to create, restore, and improve reality through lawful understanding of structure and connection.
DAY 14
On this day of the month, you concentrate on the movement of the objects surrounding you.....
Day 14 – Practical Application
The concentration on the movement of surrounding objects and events is especially beneficial for understanding the informational essence behind processes and strengthening conscious mastery of control.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
-
better understand why events unfold the way they do,
-
gain insight into the inner logic and meaning of movement and change,
-
harmonize situations that are in motion or transition,
-
develop a deeper, calmer relationship with ongoing processes in life,
-
strengthen conscious control through understanding rather than reaction.
Because this concentration focuses on movement and cause, it is particularly useful when:
-
life feels dynamic, unstable, or rapidly changing,
-
you want to stop reacting emotionally and start perceiving informational essence,
-
decisions depend on understanding processes, not isolated facts,
-
you wish to refine your ability to guide events while they are unfolding.
- you want to develop the telepathy.
By observing movement and asking why—why a cloud moves, why rain falls, why birds fly—consciousness learns to perceive the informational source of events. When the desired outcome is held simultaneously, control becomes more accurate, conscious, and harmonious, and mastery naturally deepens.
The visualization of the body and hands as reflecting the light of life further strengthens this method by anchoring understanding in love, goodness, health, and alignment with eternal development. This reinforces the principle that true control arises from inner light, harmony, and freedom.
DAY 15
On the second day of the months, you practiced a concentration on the little finger of the right hand. On the fifteenth day, you can use for this purpose some other parts of your body....
Day 15 – Practical Application
The concentration on different parts of your own body is especially beneficial for flexibility of control, embodied awareness, and harmonization through love and gratitude.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
-
expand control beyond a single fixed point and develop adaptive perception,
-
strengthen awareness of the body as an instrument of consciousness,
-
restore harmony between inner state, body, and external reality,
-
work with intentions that require warmth, care, and mutual understanding,
-
cultivate a stable state of gratitude and love as a foundation for creation.
Because this concentration allows you to choose any suitable perceiving element (fingers, nails, or other body parts), it is particularly useful when:
-
you want to deepen personal sensitivity and self-awareness,
-
situations require a softer, more inclusive approach,
-
relationships and emotional balance are central to the desired outcome,
-
you wish to reinforce control through connection rather than effort.
By practicing this method, consciousness learns that control is not limited to one technique or point, but can be expressed freely through the whole being. When combined with feelings of gratitude, mutual love, and blessing, control becomes creative, inclusive, and universally harmonizing.
This day supports the understanding that love itself is a form of creation and control, and that harmony grows naturally when consciousness acts from gratitude and unity.
DAY 16
On this day, you concentrate on the elements of the external reality that contact your body.....
Day 16– Practical Application
The concentration on interaction with the elements of external reality (sun, air, water, earth) is especially beneficial for grounding, stabilization of consciousness, and strengthening practical cooperation with the physical world.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
- expand awareness from inner focus to embodied interaction with the environment,
- anchor intentions into material reality through direct sensory experience,
- restore balance in moments of stress, overload, or instability,
- work with goals that require steady realization rather than rapid change,
- cultivate harmony through conscious participation in natural processes.
Because this concentration uses real physical contact with the elements, it is particularly useful when:
- you need grounding and emotional regulation,
- your thoughts feel scattered and require stabilization,
- you want to link intention with tangible daily actions,
- you wish to develop resilience and adaptability in changing conditions.
By practicing this method, consciousness learns that control is not abstract but embodied, it can be exercised through warmth, breath, touch, and presence. The elements become partners in creation rather than background conditions.
This day supports the understanding that harmony is not separate from the world — it is built through conscious interaction with it, and through this interaction, reality becomes stable, responsive, and aligned with purposeful development.
DAY 17
On the seventeenth day of the month, you concentrate on the elements of the external reality, which, from your point of view, always surround you....
Day 17 – Practical Application
The concentration on the elements that always surround you — space, the Sun, the Moon, constellations, the vast sky — develops expanded awareness and stability through connection with something greater than personal circumstances.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
-
regain perspective during uncertainty or stress,
-
strengthen long-term vision and endurance,
-
align personal goals with a broader, universal order,
-
work with intentions that affect many people or future development.
By focusing on the vast surrounding space while holding a required event in awareness, consciousness stabilizes intention within a larger framework of harmony and continuity.
This day supports trust in restoration, renewal, and forward movement, strengthening confidence that your path unfolds within a stable and eternal structure of development.
DAY 18
On this day of the month, you concentrate on immovable objects.....
Day 18 – Practical Application
The concentration on immovable objects, a building, a table, a tree, a stone, develops stability, clarity, and firmness of perception.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
-
strengthen inner stability and decisiveness,
-
clarify your position in a complex situation,
-
ground your intention in something steady and reliable,
-
work with goals that require persistence and endurance.
By identifying the essence of a stable object, consciousness learns to extract meaning and structure from reality. This strengthens your ability to act with clarity rather than confusion.
Practically, this builds resilience, leadership, and calm strength in difficult environments.
This day supports the understanding that stability overcomes resistance and that clarity of essence transforms obstacles into transparency.
DAY 19
On the nineteenth day of the month, you should concentrate on phenomena of the external reality, in which something that preliminary had existed as an organic whole, turns then into an aggregate of separate elements....
Day 19 – Practical Application
The concentration on phenomena where an organic whole transforms into separate elements (cloud → rain, tree crown → leaves) develops deep analytical perception and preventive control.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
-
understand how unity turns into fragmentation,
-
prevent unwanted breakdowns in health, relationships, systems, or projects,
-
work with situations where disintegration, loss, or instability is possible,
-
strengthen foresight and early-stage intervention.
This day supports the understanding that consciousness can recognize, prevent, and transform destructive processes — and that every moment already contains eternity when perceived from a controlled, universal state.
DAY 20
On this day, you should concentrate on remote areas of consciousness. Your task is to help other people....
Day 20 – Practical Application
This method develops the ability to assist others through expanded consciousness and universal perception.
It is especially useful when you wish to:
-
support another person in realizing knowledge they already carry within,
-
influence situations positively without physical proximity,
-
contribute to collective harmony and universal success,
-
work for favorable development of events for everyone at once.
By accessing remote areas of your own consciousness, you reach the deeper awareness of others. Help is given not by imposing information, but by awakening what already exists in their soul.
This day supports the understanding that consciousness is universal, help is not limited by distance, and true service aligns personal intention with the welfare of all.
DAY 21
On the twenty-first day of the month, you should concentrate on the series of numbers, going in reverse sequence....
Day 21 – Practical Application
This method develops conscious control over time, thought sequencing, and constructive action.
By mentally creating number sequences in reverse order (within 1–31), you train:
-
structured thinking and mental discipline,
-
conscious transition from one state to another,
-
the ability to “reverse” negative tendencies or undesired developments,
-
stability when moving from complexity back to clarity.
Relying on inner feeling while forming sequences strengthens intuitive control.
The visualization of flowing water or melting snow trains perception of transformation showing that thoughts, body, and consciousness are interconnected and continuously building reality.
This day supports the understanding that you are an active builder: by consciously guiding thoughts and actions, you construct health, harmony, technology, and life itself in alignment with universal balance.
DAY 22
On this day of the month, you should concentrate on such elements of reality, which are characterized by the endless reproduction.....
Day 22 – Practical Application
This method develops perception of infinity, creative continuity, and stability of intention.
By concentrating on concepts such as eternity or endless space, you train consciousness to move beyond limitation and to construct the required event within a field of unlimited possibility.
It is especially useful when you wish to:
-
stabilize long-term goals,
-
overcome fear of loss or limitation,
-
strengthen faith in continuous development,
-
create from a state of abundance rather than scarcity.
It strengthens perception of love as the fundamental constructive force. Practically, this develops:
-
joy-based action rather than effort-based struggle,
-
creation rooted in goodwill and universal benefit,
-
harmony in relationships and environment,
-
confidence in continuity of life and development.
This day supports the understanding that consciousness builds reality through love, and that when creation is aligned with harmony and universal welfare, development becomes endless and stable.
DAY 23
On the twenty-third day, you should concentrate on development of all elements of reality towards realization of the tasks of God.
Day 23 – Practical Application
The concentration on the development of all elements of reality toward realization of the tasks of God is especially beneficial for situations where a person seeks orientation, meaning, and confidence that personal experiences and actions participate in a coherent and purposeful unfolding of life.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
- strengthen your sense of direction in personal and professional activities,
- perceive daily events as parts of a meaningful developmental process rather than isolated occurrences,
- understand how feelings, thoughts, and actions interact with external situations,
- cultivate reflective awareness that allows you to observe circumstances from multiple perspectives,
- support inner confidence that solutions and resources are already present within consciousness and soul.
Because Day 23 emphasizes development, purpose, and multidimensional observation of life situations, this concentration is particularly useful when:
- facing important decisions or transitions,
- seeking understanding of recurring emotional or situational patterns,
- working through challenges that require a broader perspective,
- or when you feel uncertain about your path, disconnected from meaning, or unable to see how present events contribute to long-term development.
Practicing this concentration regularly helps consciousness align with the perception of life as a purposeful and interconnected process, allowing clarity, inner trust, and constructive action to emerge naturally, while fostering the recognition that direction, resolution, and wholeness are inherently available within the deeper layers of being.
DAY 24
On this day of the month during concentration, you should receive any object from a form of man.....
Day 24 – Practical Application
The concentration on perceiving objects as emerging from the human form and recognizing love as the continuous creative force of reality is especially beneficial for situations where a person wishes to experience unity between inner potential, external manifestation, and purposeful action.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
- strengthen awareness that creation begins within consciousness before appearing in external reality,
- develop trust in your creative capacity to generate ideas, solutions, and meaningful outcomes,
- perceive your actions as expressions of inner values rather than isolated tasks,
- support the integration of feeling, intention, and activity into a coherent life experience,
- cultivate a stable orientation toward love as a guiding principle in perception and behavior.
Because Day 24 emphasizes the relationship between inner image and outer manifestation, as well as love as an enduring creative foundation, this concentration is particularly useful when:
- bringing ideas into practical realization,
- engaging in creative, educational, or collaborative work,
- seeking deeper meaning in daily actions and interactions,
- or when you feel disconnected from purpose, uncertain about your creative contribution, or emotionally distant from your own activity.
Practicing this concentration regularly helps consciousness recognize itself as an active participant in creation, allowing actions, intentions, and perceptions to align within a continuous field of meaningful expression, where love naturally manifests through presence, choice, and constructive participation in life.
DAY 25
On the twenty-fifth day of the month you may concentrate on any objects at your choice....
Day 25 – Practical Application
The concentration on grouping objects and perceiving oneself as part of the observed reality is especially beneficial for situations where a person needs clarity, flexibility of perception, and harmonious integration within complex environments.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
- strengthen your ability to see relationships between events, people, and ideas,
- develop flexible thinking and openness to multiple perspectives,
- organize information, tasks, or experiences into meaningful structures,
- support creative problem-solving through new combinations and connections,
- cultivate self-observation and reduce rigid self-identification.
Because Day 25 focuses on conscious structuring and recognition of oneself within the same field as all observed elements, this concentration is particularly useful when:
- working with complex projects or multiple responsibilities,
- navigating interpersonal situations that require understanding of different viewpoints,
- seeking innovative solutions or new creative directions,
- or when you feel mentally overloaded, fragmented, or disconnected from your environment.
Practicing this concentration regularly helps consciousness align with the natural relational structure of reality, allowing understanding, creativity, and self-recognition to emerge organically, bringing a quiet sense of coherence and belonging within the flow of life.
DAY 26
On this day of the month, you learn to see simultaneously the whole and a part of it, the common and particular....
Day 26 – Practical Application
The concentration on simultaneous perception of the whole and its part is especially beneficial for situations where a person needs integrative vision, precise attention, and confidence in acting within complex systems while maintaining awareness of individual elements.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
- strengthen your ability to perceive both overall context and specific details without losing clarity,
- develop balanced attention that supports strategic thinking together with practical execution,
- enhance understanding of how individual actions influence larger processes and environments,
- cultivate awareness of your own development as part of a continuous and expanding whole,
- support constructive activity directed toward restoration, care, and beneficial contribution to others.
Because Day 26 emphasizes the unity of general and particular as well as the perception of development within eternity, this concentration is particularly useful when:
- working on projects that require coordination between vision and implementation,
- guiding others while remaining attentive to individual needs,
- studying or teaching material that involves both conceptual frameworks and concrete examples,
- or when you feel overwhelmed by details, detached from the broader picture, or uncertain how your actions contribute to meaningful development.
Practicing this concentration regularly helps consciousness integrate global perception with focused awareness, allowing purposeful action, creative responsibility, and constructive participation in life to arise naturally. Personal growth, care for others, and engagement with reality unfold within a continuous field of development.
DAY 27
On the twenty-seventh day of the month, you should do the same concentration as on the ninth day of the month....
Day 27 – Practical Application
The concentration on infinite development of each element together with the perception of universal help and kindness is especially beneficial for situations where a person wishes to strengthen cooperation, compassionate action, and confidence in mutual support within the interconnected fabric of life.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
- cultivate readiness to offer constructive support to others in both visible and subtle ways,
- recognize that receiving and giving help are complementary aspects of conscious participation in life,
- develop kindness as an active orientation expressed through thoughts, decisions, and actions,
- perceive your creative activity as contributing to shared well-being and collective development,
- strengthen awareness of continuous growth as a process supported by universal connections.
Because Day 27 emphasizes mutual assistance, kindness as a form of creation, and infinite development of each element of experience, this concentration is particularly useful when:
- engaging in collaborative work or community activities,
- supporting others emotionally, educationally, or practically,
- seeking to transform everyday actions into expressions of constructive contribution,
- or when you feel isolated, uncertain about your impact, or disconnected from networks of support and cooperation.
Practicing this concentration regularly helps consciousness align with the principle of reciprocal support, allowing kindness, cooperation, and shared development to manifest naturally. Each thought, action, and movement participates in an ongoing process of creation that strengthens harmony within oneself and within society.
DAY 28
On this day of the month, you should fulfill the same concentration as on the eighth day of the month but with one important difference.....
Day 28 – Practical Application
The concentration on creative repetition with transformation, together with the perception of oneself as a participant in harmonizing reality, is especially beneficial for situations where a person seeks renewal, deeper understanding of familiar experiences, and conscious participation in constructive development of life.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
- strengthen your ability to revisit known knowledge, practices, or situations while discovering new meaning within them,
- develop openness to inner change that allows perception to deepen without abandoning established foundations,
- cultivate creative learning through variation, reflection, and reinterpretation of previous experience,
- enhance awareness of your role in contributing to harmony within personal, social, and environmental contexts,
- support a sense of purposeful engagement aligned with constructive and beneficial outcomes.
Because Day 28 emphasizes repetition as a creative process rather than mechanical duplication, this concentration is particularly useful when:
- reviewing study material or practices and wishing to experience them with renewed insight,
- re-engaging with projects, relationships, or activities from a more mature perspective,
- seeking personal transformation without external change of circumstances,
- or when you feel stagnant, repetitive in behavior, or unable to perceive progress within familiar routines.
Practicing this concentration regularly helps consciousness transform repetition into development, allowing perception, understanding, and action to evolve naturally. Each renewed view of reality contributes to harmonization of experience and supports continuous creative participation in life.
DAY 29
On the twenty-ninth day, you fulfill a resumptive concentration.
Day 29 – Practical Application
Perceiving the entire monthly path in a single impulse and creating a platform for further development is especially beneficial for situations where a person seeks integration of experience, reflective understanding, and preparation for future growth.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
- strengthen your ability to synthesize multiple experiences into a coherent understanding,
- develop reflective awareness of personal learning, progress, and transformation over time,
- create a stable foundation for future plans, intentions, or developmental cycles,
- cultivate perception of continuity between past effort, present awareness, and future possibility,
- support holistic perception that includes cognitive, emotional, and embodied dimensions of experience.
Because Day 29 emphasizes integration, impulse perception, and preparation for subsequent development, this concentration is particularly useful when:
- completing projects, study cycles, or phases of personal work,
- reviewing achievements, challenges, and insights gathered over a defined period,
- preparing new initiatives grounded in accumulated experience,
- or when you feel fragmented by multiple activities and wish to restore a sense of continuity and direction.
Practicing this concentration regularly helps you integrate past experience into a clear foundation for further development, supporting insight, direction, and purposeful continuation. Each completed cycle becomes a basis for ongoing growth.
DAY 30
On this day, you carry out concentration on the built platform.....
Day 30 – Practical Application
The concentration on harmony as the foundation of the created platform and the perception of unity within cyclic development is especially beneficial for situations where a person seeks inspiration, appreciation of coherence in life, and confidence in the continuity of personal and universal processes.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
- strengthen your ability to recognize harmony within daily events, environments, and relationships,
- cultivate gratitude and inspiration arising from perception of order, balance, and interconnectedness,
- develop awareness of cycles in learning, work, and personal development,
- support a unifying perspective that allows diverse experiences to be perceived as parts of one coherent process,
- enhance motivation through appreciation of progress and recognition of meaningful continuity.
Because Day 30 emphasizes harmony as a lived experience and highlights the unity of cyclic transitions between periods, this concentration is particularly useful when:
- concluding developmental phases while preparing for new beginnings,
- seeking inspiration after intensive work or study,
- reflecting on life patterns that reveal repeating yet evolving cycles,
- or when you feel disconnected from meaning, unable to perceive coherence in events, or in need of renewed appreciation for the unfolding of life.
Practicing this concentration regularly helps you recognize harmony within experience, supporting inspiration, trust in life’s continuity, and readiness for new cycles. Different moments and transitions are part of one developing whole.
DAY 31
On the thirty-first day, you concentrate on the separated areas of each individual volume.....
Day 31 – Practical Application
The concentration on perceiving separate areas of reality as united through the eternal reproduction of life is especially beneficial for situations where a person seeks wholeness, trust in continuity, and stable positive orientation toward oneself, others, and surrounding events.
This method is recommended when you wish to:
- strengthen your ability to perceive unity within diversity and coherence within seemingly separate elements,
- cultivate a stable perception of life as a continuous and supportive process,
- develop constructive outlook that allows events, experiences, and interactions to be approached with confidence and openness,
- support awareness of health, vitality, and favorable development for yourself and others,
- enhance personal responsibility for consciously shaping perception and participation in life.
Because Day 31 emphasizes the integration of separate domains of experience through recognition of life’s continuity and creative nature, this concentration is particularly useful when:
- transitioning between cycles of work, learning, or personal development,
- seeking reassurance and stability after periods of uncertainty or change,
- wishing to strengthen positive perception and trust in unfolding events,
- or when you feel fragmented, pessimistic, or disconnected from the broader sense of life’s continuity and supportive movement.
Practicing this concentration regularly helps you perceive life as a continuous and interconnected process, supporting a positive outlook, inner stability, and confident participation in everyday experience.
