Methods of Concentration
A Systematic Path of Consciousness Development
Learn the Method. Develop Your Capacities. Live Consciously.
At ETERNEL, daily concentration is more than an exercise. It is a continuous educational process through which we learn to understand consciousness, discover and develop our human capacities, and consciously apply our knowledge in everyday life.
Our practice is based on the Methods of Concentration by Grigori Grabovoi.
Each day offers a specific concentration method, while each monthly learning cycle provides a different perspective and educational objective.
This structured approach allows participants to explore the methods progressively, deepen their understanding, gain practical experience, and recognize their own development.
How to Begin
You are welcome to join the daily concentrations at any stage of your personal journey.
You can:
- Begin with the foundational methodology and follow the learning pathway progressively.
- Explore a particular monthly cycle that corresponds to your interests.
- Select an individual method for daily practice.
- Return to previous recordings to deepen your understanding and discover new connections.
There is no requirement to complete every cycle before joining the current practice.
The recordings remain available as educational resources, allowing you to learn and develop at your own pace.
Daily concentration is a practice of continuous learning, conscious development, and practical application in life.
One Methodology - Continuous Development
The same daily concentration methods can be approached from different perspectives and at different stages of personal development. As understanding and experience deepen, new connections and possibilities for practical application can emerge.
Our learning process follows a continuous progression:
Understand → Practice → Apply → Observe → Recognize → Integrate → Develop
Each cycle offers a specific focus while contributing to a broader process of consciousness development.

Living Concentration — Daily Reflection
As we continue the Phase of Integration — Living Concentration, you might like to accompany your daily practice with a simple reflection.
Just a few lines each day can help you notice how concentration begins to live within your experience. Over time, these reflections may naturally become your own living journal.
If you feel inspired, you can use the ETERNEL form.
